These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Our Sites, whether you access Our Sites as a guest or as a registered user.

By accessing, browsing, downloading content from, registering on, or otherwise using Our Sites or any part thereof, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Rohom reserves the right to disable or suspend any user identification code or password, whether selected by you or allocated by Rohom, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms.
AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY OF OUR SITES
We do not guarantee that Our Sites, or any content contained on them, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate or free from errors, defects, bugs or viruses.

Your use of third-party websites and resources is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and policies applicable to those third parties.
LINKING TO OUR SITES
You may link to the home page of Our Sites provided that you do so in a lawful and fair manner and without damaging our reputation or taking unfair advantage of it.

INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rohom and its group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and licensors against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or in connection with:

- your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

- your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Rohom or any third party; or
- any act or omission by you that causes loss, damage or liability to Rohom or any third party.

Rohom may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to Our Sites, in whole or in part, without prior notice if:

- your use of Our Sites creates a security, operational or legal risk; or
- such action is reasonably necessary to protect Rohom, its group companies, users or any third party.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to use Our Sites shall cease immediately.
Termination shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination or any provisions which are intended by their nature to survive termination.
If Rohom does not immediately take action in respect of a breach of these Terms, this shall not constitute a waiver of our right to take action in respect of that or any subsequent breach.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and any rights available to consumers under applicable legislation, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Our Sites.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent necessary, be severed or modified without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable additional terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rohom concerning your use of Our Sites, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
No failure or delay by Rohom in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
